AMERICAN EXPRESS® PARTICIPANTS WEB SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Participant Site must comply with American Express Participants Web Site Rules and Regulations (provided below) which must be modified as appropriate to comply with applicable law, and, if applicable, translated into and posted in local language. This Web Site Rules and Regulations must be posted on and accessible to visitors of the Participant Site via a hyperlink at the bottom of each page on the Participant Site. Please see Section 2.4.4.5 and Exhibit 1 Chapter 12 of the BOP for details.

Crnogorska komercijalna banka AD Podorica requires that all the visitors to our site(s) on the World Wide Web that mention American Express-branded products and service (the "Site") adhere to the following rules and regulations. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

   f. Messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information.
   g. Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

9. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

12. ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS
    Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
